Our Advanced Printing Process
Our bottle printing process begins with surface preparation to ensure maximum ink adhesion. We use cutting-edge techniques, including pre-flaming or surface treatment, before using screen printing with non-toxic inks specifically developed for glass, metal and plastic. A suitable screen mesh is selected based on the design’s complexity, and each bottle is cured through a conveyor oven at the precise temperature to ensure long-lasting, vibrant results.
Whether we’re carrying out water bottle printing, glass bottle printing or any other type of customised bottle printing, we maintain strict quality control by inspecting each product at multiple stages of the printing process. This ensures consistent, high-quality prints throughout the entire production run.
